Duties include analysis, planning, programming, evaluation, and other decision-support activities; drafting opinions and proposals; and representing the agency or service. Among other specific responsibilities, the following stand out: * Administrative and academic management of student processes; * Collection and processing of academic statistical data; * Collaboration with the Office for Access to Higher Education; * Collaboration in the Recognition of Degrees and Diplomas process; * Reception, organization, and management of individual files for all students enrolled in various programs offered by the IPVC; * Support in recording grades across various curricular units (CUs) and managing archived documents; * Collection of statistical data and organization of curricular data for academic year closure and commencement, as well as data on success/failure rates, enrolments/exits, demand/supply—emphasizing development of more agile communication platforms; * Issuance of certificates, diplomas, course letters, and related documents for students and alumni; * Legal processing of decisions made by the Directorate and academic governance bodies; * Providing technical assistance and information to students and the general public regarding access, admission, and enrollment conditions for IPVC programs; * Supporting applications, registrations, and exam enrollments; * Advising on local access competitions—including special competitions, inter-institutional/course transfers, and re-enrollments; * Continuous improvement to ensure administrative, communication, and information effectiveness for stakeholders; efficiency in managing budgetary, technological, human, and organizational resources; and strict compliance with specified and legal requirements; * Exercising any other competencies assigned by service management.
