Our client is a renowned company operating in industrial construction and rehabilitation and is currently recruiting a Site Manager (M/F/D) for the Porto, Braga, and Guimarães regions. Responsibilities: Monitoring the progress of housing construction / rehabilitation works, ensuring compliance with desired quality standards; Verifying adherence to deadlines and budgets; Assessing resource requirements for project execution (materials and personnel); Coordinating work teams and subcontractors; Resolving issues and reporting to site management; Other tasks inherent to the role. Requirements: Completion of 12th grade or relevant vocational training; Technical and practical knowledge in civil construction; Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Site Manager (industrial sector); Experience with multinational construction companies or large enterprises in the sector is highly valued; Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project documentation; Results-oriented mindset and strong deadline adherence; Good interpersonal skills and communication ability; Immediate or short-term availability. Offer: Monthly salary commensurate with proven experience; Meal allowance: €9.50/day worked, provided via meal card; Direct employment contract with our client, with prospects for continuity; Working hours from Monday to Saturday, 8:00–18:00 (2 days off per week: 1 fixed, 1 rotating); Company vehicle provided with associated costs covered; Submit your application now!
