Responsibilities: * Operate and maneuver backhoe loaders for excavation, trench digging, earthmoving, and supporting site teams; * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal procedures throughout all operations; * Support the site team in tasks related to the equipment; * Conduct daily inspections and basic machine maintenance (fluid levels, tire pressure, cleaning, lubrication, etc.); * Record equipment usage and report anomalies or maintenance requirements. Qualifications and Requirements: * Proven experience as a backhoe loader operator; * Certificate of Competence for Industrial Machinery Operators or equivalent (preferred); * Valid driving license (Category C preferred but not mandatory for this role); * Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and autonomy; * Knowledge of construction site safety regulations; * Immediate availability (preferred).
