In this role, you will have the opportunity to work side by side with an experienced, multidisciplinary team, developing essential technical and analytical skills in assessing credit risk for financing operations targeting small businesses or corporates. The Credit Risk area is the **specialized unit responsible for analyzing credit proposals submitted by our customers across all bank client segments** (Individuals, SMEs, and Large Corporates). To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for: * Analyzing admission-stage proposals referred by the automated decision engine but not resolved by that system for all retail products, for the Individual Clients segment, including mortgage loans, consumer loans, and credit cards — evaluating solvency according to macroprudential rules and customer profiles, ensuring compliance with Santander’s credit risk assessment criteria; * Meeting established service-level agreements (SLAs), ensuring appropriate and timely responses throughout the individual credit risk admission process; * Analyzing requests for modifications to ongoing contracts; * Analyzing requests for renegotiation of contractual terms arising from potential payment incapacity (PARI and PERSI clients), among others; * Deciding on analyzed operations within delegated credit authority limits, or issuing opinions with proposal submission to the credit committee; * Proposing improvements / fine-tuning of admission rules that can be industrialized and integrated into the decision engine, based on experience managing these activities, contributing to increased admission system efficiency. **YOUR CONTRIBUTION** Our people are our greatest strength.
