Elmate \- Knitwear and Garment Manufacturing, headquartered in Arões São Romão \- Fafe, is a company specialized in designing and producing high-quality knitted garments, and is currently recruiting a WAREHOUSE MANAGER. **Job Responsibilities:** * Coordinate the team assigned to the warehouses; * Ensure inventory and flow management of raw materials (incoming and outgoing), guaranteeing compliance with the production allocation plan; * Supervise the operation of raw materials, intermediate, and finished goods warehouses; * Ensure smooth warehouse operations through definition, monitoring, and review (whenever necessary) of procedures and PIEs; * Ensure technical knowledge transfer (training) to employees; * Manage storage and warehousing space (handling and organizing materials and equipment). **Minimum Requirements:** * Professional experience: minimum of 2 years in warehouse management; * Knowledge of Elmate's industry sector; * Expertise in the relevant field (management/logistics); * Proficiency in computer tools (spreadsheets); * Valid driver's license. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Planning and organization; * Leadership spirit; * Responsibility and commitment to service; * Strategic vision; * Decision-making ability.
