Strong sense of responsibility, organization, and proactivity Job Description Responsible for executing maintenance of the hotel property's facilities, infrastructure, and equipment. Main Responsibilities * Follow work instructions provided by the Hotel Director regarding daily operations of the property; * Follow technical and operational work instructions provided by the DG/Maintenance Director; * Execute preventive and corrective maintenance of all hotel facilities, infrastructure, and equipment; * Organize, coordinate, and supervise the activities of other technicians (whether internal or external); * Conduct daily operation of facilities to reduce consumption; * Research the market, obtain budget quotations, negotiate them, and submit them for management approval; * Continuously safeguard and promote safety and image improvement; * Ensure the tidiness and cleanliness of the workshop/toolroom and technical rooms; * Prepare maintenance records and maintain the respective archive organized and up-to-date; * Collaborate in developing operational procedures for routine tasks.
