Always paddling toward Pico! **Job Description:** The Warehouse Operator is crucial to ensuring the efficient and effective operation of a warehouse, namely: responsible for receiving, storing, organizing, and dispatching goods while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. The goal is to ensure smooth product flow, contributing to overall supply chain success and customer\/supplier satisfaction. **Profile:** * Completion of 9th grade or equivalent; * Physical availability and motor coordination for handling containers and material handling equipment; * Attention to detail and precision when handling goods and equipment; * Time management skills and ability to effectively prioritize tasks; * Communication skills and ability to work in a team; * Flexibility to occasionally work shifts, including nights, weekends, or holidays, as required. **Main Responsibilities:** * Goods receipt; * Accept, receive, verify quantities, and check order contents against accompanying documentation; * Inspect received goods for possible damage, defects, or discrepancies; * Accurately validate or relabel products to ensure proper identification and easy retrieval; * Storage and organization; * Store goods safely and efficiently using appropriate equipment, which you must be certified to operate, such as RF terminals, forklifts, and pallet jacks; * Arrange and organize products logically, following warehouse management instructions, optimizing space utilization; * Regularly monitor and verify stored products to ensure accurate system records; * Order preparation, packing, and dispatch; * Follow WMS (warehouse management software) terminal instructions and prepare requested products for shipment; * Accurately pack goods into appropriate containers, ensuring product and recipient safety through suitable packaging and labeling; * Collaborate with production and dispatch managers to ensure customer service quality; * Labeling and tagging; * Ability and attention to identify fabrics and seams and understand materials’ capacity to absorb needle punctures without permanent damage; * Identify product families and categories and their English designations, particularly interpreting descriptions, codes, and EANs; * Inventory management; * Maintain and ensure stock accuracy via the warehouse management system (WMS); * Identify and report inventory-related discrepancies or issues, particularly concerning quantity, quality, and storage conditions; * Assist in periodic inventory audits to ensure compliance with company procedures; * Maintenance and safety; * Ensure preservation of goods, raw materials, tools, materials, finished products, and facilities; * Operate and maintain warehouse equipment—such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems—safely and responsibly; * Perform routine equipment inspections, report any malfunctions or damage, and coordinate repairs or maintenance as needed; * Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE, including correct handling of hazardous equipment and compliance with health and safety regulations; * Collaborate with warehouse management to identify process improvement areas and implement appropriate solutions. **Benefits:** * Career progression opportunities * Continuous training * Base salary + meal allowance * Discounts on our brands * Surf lessons **Work Location:** Despomar – Logistics Rua da Cambaia, 37 2640-219 Encarnação MFR
