Your mission will be to ensure that our unmanned aircraft — designed for diverse applications ranging from security to exploration — are manufactured with excellence and innovation. Here, we don’t only design the future — we build it, piece by piece. **Your key responsibilities will include:** * Supporting the entire process related to the development and prototyping of machined parts; * Validating technical drawings for machining prototyping; * Ensuring optimization of CNC machining processes; * Leading the prototype machining team; * Promoting continuous improvement and quality standards within the machining team; * Contributing to a motivated, dynamic, and productive team; **Profile and Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent; * Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience in machining (mandatory); * Knowledge of Heidenhain and/or Fanuc controllers (mandatory); * SolidWorks proficiency (preferred); * Experience with CAM software; * Familiarity with other cutting/production technologies (e.g., laser, waterjet…) (advantageous); * Critical thinking, assertiveness, and rigor; * Problem-solving ability; * Strong communication skills and leadership capability. * Language Requirements: Advanced proficiency in Portuguese and English, with proven B2-level competence **What we offer:** * An excellent work environment and an opportunity to make a difference; * Competitive salary commensurate with proven experience; * Daily transportation from the following locations (Leiria, Alcobaça, Rio Maior, and Lisbon).
