This is a leadership and development program in which you grow while contributing to ensuring all children have access to quality education. **Job Description** **Teach For Portugal (TFP)**, part of the global **Teach For All** network, works to ensure all children have access to an education that unlocks their full potential. As a TFP Professional, you will join, for **two years**, an **educational community** operating within a context of vulnerability, supporting the school community and developing **projects that respond to local needs**, thereby contributing to a future of greater opportunities for all students. **What We Offer?** * A two-year formative, professional, and paid Leadership Development Program; * Full-time commitment for 22 months; * \+ 300 hours of training, including four weeks of initial, intensive residential training (theoretical and practical); * Individualized pedagogical and leadership mentoring by a pedagogical tutor; * Internal and external job shadowing: opportunity to explore other contexts related to education or social impact during the summer between the two years of the program; * Career guidance; * Benefits policy (in accordance with the organization’s agreements); * Real and direct impact both inside and outside the classroom. **This Program Is Right for You If:** * You possess these five competencies: Alignment with TFP’s mission and vision; Growth mindset; Collaboration; Constructive discontent; Emotional intelligence. * You hold a completed bachelor’s degree by September 2026; * You are geographically available for the regions where we are recruiting; * You are fluent in Portuguese and have an intermediate level of English; * You aim to contribute long-term to fields such as Education, Social Economy, Public Policy, or similar areas through your career. **Do You Want to Be Part of the Change?** Start with yourself.
