Support for continuous development and integration into an experienced team **Description:** ---------------- **Are you looking for a solid company in Project Management, Business Analysis, and Agile Transformation?** The **PPM Coachers**, with 17 years of market experience, provides training, consulting, and team augmentation services, supporting organizations in defining operational models, continuous improvement, and agile transformation. **Why PPM Coachers?** * Participation in high-impact strategic projects. * Opportunity to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and in digital transformation contexts. * Close mentoring, continuous development, and integration into an experienced, excellence-oriented team. **PPM Coachers is recruiting for the role of Full Stack Developer!** **Your mission:** * Design and develop scalable, highly available, and resilient microservices, including associated web applications whenever necessary. * Translate product ideas from business areas into implementable code using modern standards and technologies. * Lead and support architectural decisions, ensuring solutions meet performance, scalability, and security requirements. * Integrate internal and external applications via synchronous and asynchronous interfaces such as REST, gRPC, and Kafka. * Manage and optimize application data persistence, leveraging managed database services where applicable. * Work with cloud services from Amazon (AWS) and Microsoft (Azure) to develop cloud-native applications. * Collaborate with stakeholders—including product owners and architects—to align technical decisions with business needs. * Mentor and support developers, ensuring code quality and adherence to best practices. **Requirements:** ----------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technologies, or equivalent qualification. * Minimum of 4 years of software development experience, with a proven track record of technical leadership. * **Experience with Java 17+ and relevant frameworks (Spring Boot, Quarkus, Micronaut), including REST API design.** * Experience designing horizontally scalable microservice architectures. * Experience with multithreading and concurrency management. * Experience with Apache Kafka for stream processing. * Experience with MongoDB and efficient NoSQL schema design. * Practical experience with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). * Experience in agile environments, CI/CD, and remote work. * **English and Portuguese at C1/C2 level.** * **Plus:** * Containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes), as well as cloud-native application design. * JavaScript, TypeScript, Redux, and CSS (considered a strong asset). * Familiarity with emerging technologies and languages such as Node.js, React, and Angular. **Work Model**: Hybrid | Remote **Location:** Venda do Pinheiro, Mafra
