Customer service and advisory support **WAITER AND COUNTER STAFF** **The Pão – Bombarral** is seeking a **Waiter and Counter Staff** member on a **full\-time** basis, with **immediate start**. We are looking for a dynamic person, ideally with **2 years of professional experience**, who is organized and able to work well in a team. **Counter Duties:** * Prepare, clean and organize the display case prior to café opening; * Serve and advise customers at the counter during breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack or dinner (according to assigned schedule/shift); * Receive payments and operate point\-of\-sale terminals and cash registers; * Provide customer service and sell **Santa Casa** lottery tickets; * Wash counter crockery (glasses, cups, etc.) and clean the work area (kitchenette, tables, equipment). **Table Service Duties:** * Greet customers and present the menu; * Advise on food and beverage selections; * Take orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar; * Serve food and beverages, clear tables; * Restock beverages and other items required for the next service. **Working Hours:** Variable, to be defined. **Employment Type:** 6 days per week with 1 day off (40 hours/week). **Requirements:** Fluent Portuguese. **To submit your CV:** opaobombarral@gmail.com / 262 284 022 **Job Type:** Full\-time Offer Type: Full\-time, Full\-time/Full\-time Compensation: €900.00 \- €1,000.00 per month

Location: Bombarral Your responsibilities: * Develop the commercial plan for customers in your area, aligned with the Regional Director, ensuring correct implementation of the regional plan and maximization of Novadis results; * Define objectives and the annual new customer acquisition plan for your region; * Ensure prospecting visits to the most relevant customers in the area, as stipulated in the commercial policy and in line with the sales team’s prospecting plan; * Define, measure, and monitor commercial objectives for your area, broken down by customer and salesperson, to ensure achievement of overall regional results; * Ensure implementation of the commercial policy in your area, monitoring its execution and effectiveness; * Monitor commercial activities carried out by the team against defined objectives, analyzing results and proposing timely improvement actions; * Ensure efficient route planning for the team, guaranteeing adherence to visit frequency and duration established in internal guidelines, taking into account offline and online purchasing channels, and implementing corrective actions whenever necessary, aiming to increase customers’ use of the online channel; * Analyze customer performance in your geographic area, in line with internally established governance; * Monitor full category availability in your region, implementing actions aimed at expanding the portfolio with customers, in alignment with regional strategic objectives; * Lead the team, driving defined people management processes in close collaboration with Human Resources, to recruit, retain, and develop future successors and leaders, while simultaneously ensuring sustainable performance in an inclusive environment through agile working methods aligned with the company’s values, purpose, and culture. We want you to bring: * Bachelor’s degree in Management or related fields (optional) * Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial and customer contact & management roles, with a focus on prospecting and business growth * Experience managing multiple stakeholders daily, with emphasis on solving operational problems * Leadership skills and experience managing multichannel (online and offline) sales teams; leadership and stakeholder management skills * In-depth knowledge of the Central Region market and proven experience in the Horeca channel (mandatory) * Previous relevant experience in FMCG, retail, distribution, beverages, and food (preferred) * Valid Driver’s License (Category B) * Languages: Portuguese (C1) and English (B2) (preferred for urban centers) * MS Office (end-user level) * Good knowledge of sales management tools (e.g., Salesforce) (preferred) * Necessary documentation to perform subordinate work in Portugal at the time of application (elimination criterion) Challenge us with: * Strong analytical and decision-making ability * Relationship-building and influencing skills * Autonomy and ability to manage priorities At HEINEKEN, we brew great beers and build iconic brands.
