The most important requirement for us is experience in .NET development, while the other qualifications would be great additions. Backend/Full Stack Developer (2 Positions) Qualifications: 3\+ years of experience in .NET development, preferably with .NET 6 or later. Strong proficiency in C\#, ASP.NET Core, and experience building scalable backend systems. Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs and working with microservices architecture. Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases. Experience deploying and managing cloud\-based applications, preferably in Azure. Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker). Strong problem\-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is beneficial but not required. Familiarity with frontend development using React, Angular, or similar frameworks.
