Main Responsibilities * Lead, train, and supervise kitchen teams * Ensure strict compliance with HACCP and food safety regulations * Guarantee adherence to technical sheets and defined cooking standards * Implement and monitor operational procedures * Control operational costs and raw material consumption * Analyze and reduce waste, setting targets and continuous improvement plans * Manage stock, inventories, and orders * Coordinate purchasing and supplier relationships * Ensure kitchen organization, cleanliness, and efficiency * Support management in analyzing performance and profitability indicators Required Profile * Proven experience managing kitchens in organized food service * Leadership, motivation, and team training capabilities * Solid knowledge of HACCP and food safety * Experience in cost control, stock management, and purchasing * Ability to implement and enforce processes and procedures * Organized, responsible, and results-oriented profile * Team spirit and strong communication skills * Availability for rotating shifts.
