Job Summary: We are seeking a primary school teacher (1st Cycle) to join an established institution focused on teaching mixed-age classes. Key Highlights: 1. Salary package above market average Institution founded in 1968, offering preschool and 1st Cycle education (ages 3 to 10 years). We aim to recruit a teacher for the 1st Cycle. Profile Role: Tenured teacher of a mixed-age 1st Cycle Basic Education class (15 students) Schedule: 25 teaching hours \+ 10 non-teaching hours Professional experience: Over 4 years as a 1st Cycle teacher (preferred) Education/Internship or professional experience related to the Modern School Movement (preferred but not mandatory) Compensation Package: Remuneration conditions based on the latest Collective Labour Agreement (CCT) for private and cooperative education; seniority in the profession determines placement on the current teaching career salary scale; additional negotiation is not excluded based on the candidate's profile. Salary package above market average. Employment Contract Fixed-term contract with the employer, including an initial probationary period, transitioning to an indefinite-term contract after one and a half years, with integration into the Externato’s permanent staff.
