The selected candidate will join the team, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and final finishing on metal structures and components. **Responsibilities:** Clean, sand, and degrease metal surfaces; Prepare surfaces for painting using appropriate techniques and procedures while complying with safety regulations; Prepare paints according to technical specifications, including selection of thinners, catalysts, and additives; Calculate proportions and adjust paint viscosity; Select the most suitable painting sequence for the task at hand; Apply anticorrosive primers and paint via spray application; Inspect the condition of parts, identifying oxidation, grease, fillers, or existing paint; Determine the required intervention type, including stripping and/or deoxidation; Smooth surfaces by applying bitumen layers and using appropriate tools; Apply complementary products such as waxes, sealing compounds, adhesives, and sealants; Perform touch-up painting using the most appropriate techniques depending on the extent of damaged areas. **Requirements:** Minimum educational qualification: 9th grade level and/or vocational training in industrial painting; Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience in similar roles; Experience in painting metal structures and components; Solid knowledge of industrial painting, stripping, and paints; Dynamic profile with strong sense of responsibility; Ability to work effectively in a team; Autonomy and attention to detail. **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience in automotive painting. **Offer:** Join a leading Portuguese company in the sector, with a solid and recognized track record; Compensation commensurate with job responsibilities; Career development prospects and professional stability; Health and wellness benefits; Meals available in an on-site cafeteria; Network of partner discounts and benefits; Work schedules that promote a healthy work-life balance.
