As part of our growth and enhancement of production capacity, we are seeking to hire a **Machine Programmer** to ensure programming, optimization, and monitoring of **Schirmer machines** dedicated to cutting and machining window and door framing profiles. **Main Responsibilities:** * Program cutting and machining operations using the **Preference** software; * Create, manage, and send programs to **Schirmer** machines; * Develop, adjust, and optimize geometries and production processes; * Interpret technical drawings and support production startup and monitoring; * Collaborate on continuous improvement of production processes and optimization of available resources; * Ensure high standards of quality, efficiency, and productivity. **Desired Profile:** * Technical education in Industrial Production, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related fields (preferred); * Professional experience in CNC machine programming; * Knowledge of the **Preference** software, **Schirmer** machines, and **CAD/CAM** tools (preferred); * Familiarity with window and door framing systems, particularly **Technal, Schüco, SAPA**, and **Cortizo**; * Ability to interpret technical drawings and strong orientation toward quality and continuous improvement; * Team spirit, autonomy, and problem-solving capability; * Sense of responsibility, organization, and proactivity. **What We Offer:** * Integration into a solid company experiencing continuous growth; * A stable, dynamic, and collaborative work environment; * Participation in diverse, large-scale projects; * Ongoing exposure to innovative technologies, processes, and equipment; * Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
