Job Summary: We are looking for a professional to join the Operations Department, focused on data analysis, Power BI dashboard development, and SQL query optimization, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver analytical solutions. Responsibilities: * Analyze operational data to identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities; * Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports in **Power BI**, generating insights and supporting business performance monitoring; * Write and optimize ***queries*** **SQL** to extract and manipulate data from various sources; * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions; * Support the Operations Department in ***forecasting***, planning, and performance monitoring activities; * Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting tools; * Present conclusions, recommendations, and feasibility of new initiatives to stakeholders clearly and impactfully. **Qualifications** * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or equivalent experience; * 5 years of experience in similar roles; * Advanced knowledge of Power BI; * Proficient in SQL **What do we offer?** * Permanent employment contract (full-time); * Hybrid work option available after the adaptation period; * Health insurance; * Birthday gift and birthday day off; * Annual bonus; * Additional wellbeing benefits such as quick massages and fresh fruit in the office; * Continuous working hours program with early departure on Fridays; Job Type: Full\-time Work Location: In person
