As an **Application Support Consultant**, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability and efficiency of a critical application ecosystem used across the EMEA region, acting as a bridge between business users and IT teams. Build side: * Analyze functional and technical issues to identify root causes and propose sustainable solutions * Collaborate closely with development and project teams to improve system functionality * Participate in UAT testing phases to validate fixes and new features * Identify bugs and contribute to their resolution with development teams * Propose improvements to reduce manual processes and enhance automation * Contribute to system enhancements based on user feedback and operational needs Run side: * Manage incidents and ensure timely resolution of technical and functional issues * Maintain and improve application stability across the production environment * Act as a key point of contact between Business (Back Office) and IT teams * Update support documentation and create clear user guides * Monitor application workflows and ensure proper tracking of incidents * Ensure continuous communication with stakeholders regarding issue resolution **This is your background** You have at least **2–5 years of experience** in demanding **application support or financial IT environments**.
