FUNCTION: Provide internal technical support for hardware and software. Conduct development testing by the IT team. Support technical integration of new clients and maintain ongoing support. Ensure proper operation of internal systems and equipment. Assist the PHP and SQL development team. REQUIREMENTS: Completed 12th grade, preferably with a bachelor’s degree or technical course in Computer Science. Previous experience in technical support or IT. Knowledge of PHP and SQL. Intermediate Excel skills. Good English communication skills. Autonomous, responsible profile with problem-solving orientation. Ability to work in a team and provide interdepartmental support.
