Job Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineer or Architect to serve as Site Manager in Lisbon, overseeing execution, project analysis, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Project management and supervision of construction and rehabilitation projects 2. Technical and economic performance analysis of the works 3. Promotion and enforcement of safety standards SALVARIA LDA \- Building Renovation, Rehabilitation, and Construction, is a leading SME specialized in construction, renovation, and recovery of residential, office, and commercial properties. We aim to hire a Civil Engineer or Architect to perform Site Management duties in the Lisbon area, with the following requirements: Responsibilities: . Reviewing and analyzing project documentation; . Monitoring progress and execution of the works; . Supervising and certifying measurement reports; . Analyzing and reporting on the technical and economic performance of the works; . Promoting compliance with safety standards. Profile: . Civil Engineer or Architect with over 2 years of experience in Site Management (mandatory); . Proficiency in computer tools: Excel; AutoCAD; Microsoft Project (preferred); . Valid driver's license; . Registered with the Portuguese Order of Engineers or Architects; . Proactive attitude, teamwork spirit, leadership ability, and problem-solving skills; . Ability to build relationships with clients and suppliers; . Resident in Portugal.
