Collaboration with development, QA, and operations teams **Description:** ---------------- Noesis is looking to strengthen its teams with an IT Integration Architect (Cloud \& Microservices) to join a challenging project in the banking transaction domain, focused on designing and implementing highly critical cloud\-native solutions: **Key Tasks and Responsibilities:** * Define and document cloud\-native architectures aligned with business, security, and performance requirements * Lead the design of microservices-based solutions (Spring Boot), ensuring scalability and resilience * Support adoption and operation of container platforms (OpenShift/Kubernetes) * Define CI/CD pipelines and software development best practices * Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams in defining technical standards and reviewing solutions * Define observability, monitoring, and incident management strategies * Produce and maintain technical architecture documentation (diagrams, ADRs, runbooks). **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent relevant experience). * Proven experience as an Integration Architect or Software Architect * Experience with cloud\-native solutions and microservices architectures * Experience in microservices architecture * Experience developing with Spring Boot (Spring Cloud, REST APIs) * Experience with high-criticality systems We value: * Experience with OpenShift or Kubernetes * Knowledge of integration technologies (REST, GraphQL, SOAP) * Experience with messaging systems (Kafka, MQ, Pulsar or similar) * Knowledge of event\-driven architectures * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/SAFe) and tools such as Jira, Confluence, Git * Strong analytical capability and systemic vision * Excellent communication skills with technical and business teams * Rigor in documentation and technical decision-making * Collaborative mindset and team orientation If you meet these criteria and would like to join an innovative organization that continuously invests in developing its talent, send\-us your application. **Join us.
