Knowledge of BPM and best practices for implementation **IT House** is recruiting a Processes Consultant for an energy sector client located in **Lisbon**. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Design processes in compliance with defined standards, policies, and requirements * Ensure identification of process improvement opportunities **PROFILE** * Up to 5 years of experience in similar roles * Knowledge of BPM and best practices for its implementation * Knowledge of process analysis and diagnosis * Knowledge of process modeling * Knowledge of defining process performance indicators * Knowledge of process improvement techniques * Knowledge of process-oriented organizational architecture **OFFER** * Contract with IT House \| Egor Group; * Base Salary \+ Meal Allowance; * Hybrid work model; * Other corporate benefits.
