Opportunities for professional development and career growth Delnext is seeking a Project \& Procurement Manager to join the Operations team and contribute to the company’s sustainable growth through the implementation of strategic projects, development of partnerships, and continuous optimization of logistics processes. We are looking for a professional with strong analytical skills, business acumen, and negotiation capabilities, capable of autonomously managing initiatives and delivering operational impact. ROLE Coordinate, monitor, and ensure the implementation of the company’s new strategic projects; Identify, evaluate, and develop partnerships with service providers and national and international partners; Manage procurement processes, ensuring competitive and company-aligned commercial terms; Analyze, monitor, and optimize operational and logistics processes to drive efficiency gains; Collaborate with various teams and departments to ensure proper project execution; Track performance indicators and support data-driven decision-making; Ensure adherence to deadlines, objectives, and requirements defined for each initiative. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering, Logistics, Economics, or related field (preferred); Professional experience in project management, procurement, operations, or related functions; Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI is a plus; Strong analytical ability and proficiency in interpreting data and performance indicators; Good negotiation and partner/supplier relationship management skills; Organized, autonomous, and results-oriented profile; Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; English language proficiency is a plus.
