You will be a true **business partner**, ensuring reliable information, anticipating risks, and contributing to continuous process improvement. ### **How You Will Make a Difference?** #### **Planning, Control, and Reporting** * Coordinate **budget, forecasts, and business plan** * Monitor **budgetary control** and variance analysis * Prepare **management reporting** to support decision-making #### **Financial Analysis & Business Partnering** * Analyze **business profitability and performance** * Support management with **analyses, scenarios, and recommendations** * Collaborate closely with various departments as a business partner #### **Data and Business Intelligence** * Develop and monitor **dashboards and KPIs** (Power BI) * Integrate and analyze financial and operational data * Evolve reporting toward a more **analytical and predictive** approach #### **Continuous Improvement and Control** * Identify opportunities for **process automation and simplification** * Collaborate with IT on tool and system enhancements * Ensure **internal control, compliance, and audit support**, guaranteeing information quality and reliability ### **What We Are Looking For** * Bachelor’s degree in **Management, Economics, Management Control, or related field** * **3–5 years** of experience in financial control roles * Strong proficiency in **Excel and Power BI** * Experience with **ERP systems and reporting** * Solid analytical skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail * Autonomous, proactive, and business-oriented profile * Good command of **English** ### **Why Medinfar?** Because here you’ll find more than a technical challenge.
