




**Contact Center Assistant – Covilhã (On-site)** We are recruiting Contact Center Assistants to strengthen our team. We are looking for professionals with a team spirit, attention to detail, and a desire to grow. **Responsibilities** * Inbound customer service to clarify inquiries regarding banking products and services; * Secure and responsible handling of sensitive information; * Autonomous resolution of complex requests, using the knowledge base whenever necessary. **Profile** * Strong communication and reasoning skills; * Good written and oral communication; * Accuracy, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility; * Proactivity and enjoyment of teamwork; * Previous experience in back-office or SAP usage (an advantage); * English level B1/B2. **Conditions** * Stable employment contract with long-term prospects; * Paid initial training (10 working days, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday); * Full-time schedule between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, Monday through Sunday (rotating days off); * Competitive salary above average, meal allowance, holiday allowance, and health insurance; * Integration into a stable and collaborative team.
