Learn more about JYSK here * Internal store competitions with attractive prizes * Competitive bonuses that reward outstanding sales performance * Flexible working hours * 20% discount at all JYSK stores * Private health insurance, annual party, internal activities (participation in sponsored events such as races, volunteering, etc.) **WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE LIKE** * Together with the Deputy Store Manager, you will be responsible for your JYSK store. * Aligned with JYSK’s leadership values, you will ensure your store is 100% sales- and customer-ready by communicating, leading, and training your team on the sales floor. * You will make decisions based on key performance indicators, determine what is needed to achieve goals, and motivate your team to succeed. * You will follow and execute store concepts and routines. * You will recruit, welcome, and train all store colleagues, ensuring their continuous development. * You enjoy hands-on work and lead by example, selling and performing routine tasks in the store.
