Therefore: * We work closely with solid companies and innovative projects; * We support your career path with proximity and transparency. ***What do we value in you?*** * Compulsory schooling; * Experience in supporting elderly or dependent individuals (preferred); * Sense of responsibility, empathy, and teamwork; * Strong communication and interpersonal relationship skills; * Organization, dynamism, and adaptability; * Availability to work rotating shifts (where applicable). ***Your daily responsibilities:*** * Support Residents in daily living activities, promoting their well-being, comfort, and safety; * Provide hygiene, grooming, and comfort care to Residents; * Ensure proper positioning, mobilization, and supervision of Residents; * Distribute meals and assist Residents during mealtimes; * Support the operation of the dining room and kitchen; * Perform cleaning, disinfection, organization, and tidying of facilities, equipment, and materials; * Carry out washing, treatment, distribution, and storage of institutional and Resident clothing; * Accompany Residents to medical appointments, examinations, outings, and other trips; * Observe and report to the Technical Management or Nurse any changes in Residents' conditions or other relevant incidents; * Comply with internal procedures, hygiene and safety standards, infection prevention protocols, and data protection regulations; * Use equipment, materials, and products assigned to your role correctly; * Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team, contributing to the quality of care provided; * Perform other tasks compatible with the role, as requested by Technical Management. ***Next step:*** If you seek a challenge where you can grow, take responsibility, and make a difference in everyday life, this opportunity may be for you.
