Job Summary: Perform tasks inherent to Installation operation, ensuring efficient unit operation, risk minimization, and compliance with quality, environmental, and safety standards. Key Highlights: 1. Operation and supervision of systems to ensure optimal productive performance. 2. Support in inspection, operation, and transportation of equipment. 3. Coordination with maintenance, operational, and emergency teams. **Installation Operator** **Job Mission:** Perform tasks inherent to Installation operation, in accordance with superior instructions and applicable regulations, to ensure efficient unit operation, minimization of environmental and safety risks, operational reporting of activities, and compliance with established quality, environmental, and safety rules; **Responsibilities:** May include: * Performing tasks aimed at ensuring proper installation operation, maximizing productive performance while safeguarding personnel and equipment safety; * Supervising monitoring and control systems of the installation or part thereof, implementing necessary adjustments and adaptations; * Providing support regarding inspection, operation, use, movement, and/or transportation of equipment within the installations operated; * Coordinating with maintenance, operational, and emergency teams to ensure execution of required procedures; * Recording and reporting performed activities; * Ensuring proper maintenance and preservation status of operated equipment; Depending on the requirements of the Company/Production Unit, the Installation Operator—under appropriate supervision/guidance and/or training—may be authorized to perform tasks applicable to other roles within the Base and Specialized segments. **Competencies:** * Organizational Commitment and Compliance * Focus on Excellence * Results Orientation * Teamwork * Analysis and Problem Solving * Fixed Equipment | Operation and Maintenance * Mobile Equipment | Operation and Maintenance * IT | Office * Quality, Environment and Safety * Waste Sector * Maintenance Management * Operations Management * IT | Applicable Specific Software **Academic Qualification (reference):** * 12th grade **Professional Experience (reference):** * 2–3 years in an industrial environment Location: Fundão
