Integration into a stable company with a dynamic work environment Herdade da Malhadinha Nova, S.A., located in Albernoa, Beja municipality, is recruiting for the position: Assistant Oenologist / Winemaker (m/f) Mission The Assistant Oenologist’s primary responsibilities include: * Supporting and executing winemaking tasks; * Preparing and stabilizing wines, as well as bottling and labeling, in accordance with the company’s quality policy and applicable internal procedures; * Performing and continuously updating analytical data; * Participating in the development of production maps. Required Profile * Higher education degree in Oenology or related field (preferred); * Experience in similar roles (preferred); * Experience in agro-management (preferred); * Knowledge of laboratory analyses and production planning management; * Proficiency in computer applications from an end-user perspective; * Proficiency in additional languages (English); * Analytical ability and critical thinking; * Planning and organizational skills; * Strong sense of responsibility, dynamism, and proactivity.
