HP Scanner-Copier-Printer

HP Deskjet 2630 printer that scans, copies, and prints. It powers on, but I’m not quite sure about the error it displays. Printing is faulty. It has two ink cartridges that have likely dried out. I have the original power cable. I will deliver it in person at Aroeira/Charneca de Caparica.
