In line with this growth strategy, we aim to hire Telecommunications Technicians (M/F) for our Cable Teams in the Algarve region, with the following responsibilities: - Installation of fiber optic cables in ducts, on poles, and on building façades; - Drilling of boreholes; - Preparation of production reports; - Coordination with engineers responsible for network design, as well as with infrastructure owner technicians; - Conducting quality audits of work performed; - Promotion and monitoring of good occupational health and safety practices. What we are looking for: - Minimum of 2 years’ experience installing cables in aerial and underground routes; - Professional training in Telecommunications; - Solid knowledge of tools used in this field. Additionally: - Strong interpersonal skills; - Resilience and ability to work under tight and simultaneous deadlines; - Critical thinking and willingness to contribute to problem-solving; - Ability to work autonomously.
