We are looking for motivated and dedicated professionals to join our team of Receptionists at our **Beja store**, and become part of this thriving, expanding project. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Ensuring smooth store operations and delivering the best possible customer reception * Making telephone calls (inbound and outbound) * Presenting and promoting commercial campaigns and new products * Scheduling hearing assessments and managing customer appointments **What we’re looking for:** * Completion of secondary education (12th grade) * Strong communication and customer service skills * Organized and proactive mindset * Experience in telemarketing (preferred) **What we offer:** * Employment contract * Competitive remuneration: Base salary \+ commissions \+ meal allowance (average monthly earnings above €1,200); * Productivity bonuses and incentives — salary progression, vouchers, travel rewards, and other performance-based benefits. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM * Saturday: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM * Two days off per week If you are communicative, enjoy challenges, and seek a role with genuine growth prospects — we want to meet you! *BelAudição, Lda. is committed to protecting your personal data.
