





Mission Ensure the implementation of the commercial strategy in accordance with the company's vision, positioning and objectives, aligned with current *standards*. Main responsibilities of the department to integrate * Implement the commercial policy according to higher-level guidelines; * Act as representative of Malhadinha at national and international promotional events. Maintain a strategic position with all stakeholders, including potential clients, partners and others; * Develop and identify new markets according to the global project positioning; * Ensure communication and response to all contacts and booking requests from partners and groups; * Collaborate in responding to contact inquiries and individual accommodation booking requests (rooms, *suites* and/or *villas*) and other associated services; * Ensure the design and implementation of all sales actions necessary to achieve defined goals, in close coordination with Management and General Direction; * Monitor sales targets, regularly analyze results and suggest/take corrective actions in marketing and sales activities when necessary; * Collaborate with *front\-office* and reservations teams whenever needed. Desired profile * Higher education in Hotel Management, Tourism or similar; * Professional experience in sales area, preferably 2 years; * Knowledge of MSOffice and management software, namely Host (or similar); * Fluency in English (mandatory requirement) and other languages (preferential); * Strong customer orientation and attention to detail; * Ease of communication and interpersonal relationship; * Dynamism, initiative and ability to anticipate and solve problems.
