We're seeking an expert professional to supervise our contractors during the construction phase, ensuring everything runs compliantly and, of course, safely. **What you'll do daily?** * Be the guardian of safety and health at our photovoltaic construction sites. * Closely supervise the work of our contracted partners, ensuring they follow all safety rules and procedures. * Identify and mitigate potential risks at the construction site. * Promote a strong and engaging safety culture for everyone involved. * Collaborate with teams to ensure a safe and healthy work environment. * Prepare relevant safety reports and documentation. Ensure compliance with applicable occupational health and safety laws and regulations. * **What we expect from you:** * Proven experience of at least 2 years in photovoltaic projects, specifically in occupational health and safety. * Required qualification to act as HSE on construction sites (this is very important!). * In-depth knowledge of occupational health and safety standards. * Experience supervising teams and contractors. ‍‍‍ * Ability to identify and analyze risks. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Proactivity and decision-making ability. * Organized with attention to detail.
