We are currently recruiting an **Electrical Supervisor / Substation Assembly (M/F)** for the Electromechanical Division: **Main Responsibilities:** * Management of teams and auxiliary assembly resources; * Organization, planning, and verification of daily activities; * Direct support to the Site Manager in procedural control of the installation; * Assist in the installation of high/medium voltage equipment; * Control and monitoring of electromechanical equipment and electrical installation assembly conditions. **Job Requirements and Competency Profile:** * Secondary education qualifications; * Professional training in electromechanical field, particularly in high/medium voltage installations, maintenance, and safety; * 5 years of experience in similar roles in high/medium voltage substation projects; * Solid knowledge in substation equipment installation; * Proactivity and ability to work in a team with defined objectives; * Good interpersonal skills and strong oral and written communication abilities; * Ability to read and interpret written and drawn documents from high/medium voltage substation execution projects; * Proficiency in computer applications at user level; * Valid driver's license; * Availability for relocation within the national territory.
