Coordination with various project stakeholders Our client company, a leading firm in engineering and civil construction, is currently recruiting a Construction Inspector: **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise and monitor construction execution, ensuring compliance with designs and technical specifications. * Verify adherence to scheduled deadlines and report deviations. * Control the quality of materials and completed works. * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations on site. * Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other project participants. * Review quantity surveys, measurement certificates, and quantity take-off sheets. * Identify non-conformities and propose corrective actions. * Prepare progress and monitoring reports. * Support validation of design changes and their respective impacts. * Attend construction meetings and ensure documentation of decisions made. ### **Benefits** **We offer** * Integration into a stable company for a project lasting approximately 9 months, potentially extendable. * Accommodation and transportation to the construction site. * Compensation commensurate with demonstrated experience.
