Reporting directly to the CFO, you will have the following responsibilities: * Ensure coordination of **accounting operations and related taxation**, aligned with the analytical and budgetary structure. * Guarantee **regular account reconciliations and regulatory compliance**. * Ensure timely filing and submission of **tax returns**. * Support internal and external audits. * Prepare the **management report, financial statements**, and their respective notes to the accounts. * Ensure accurate economic\-financial and tax recording, analyzing its quality. * Provide **direct support to management** in interpreting information and supporting decision\-making. * **Lead the accounting team**, defining objectives, monitoring performance, and developing training plans. * Identify team training needs, promote motivation, and foster team engagement. * Ensure adherence to deadlines and operational efficiency. **Profile** * Higher education degree in Accounting and/or Management (Finance). * Active registration as a **TOC/OCC** is mandatory. * **Relevant experience in similar roles**. * Thorough knowledge of accounting, legal, and tax regulations. * Experience preparing **individual and consolidated financial statements** across different geographies. * Experience leading, motivating, and coordinating teams. * Analytical profile with strong attention to detail. * Results\-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility. * Prior audit experience (valued). **Offer** * Integration into a stable group offering career development prospects. * Competitive remuneration, commensurate with experience, plus a meal allowance of €9.60. * Additional benefits: Health insurance, life insurance, and other corporate benefits. * 100% on\-site work in Sintra.
