If you wish to join us and become part of an outstanding team, this is your place! **What will be your mission and main responsibilities?** Field-level responsibility for monitoring and executing all agronomic tasks recommended by senior technicians, aiming to achieve maximum yield, superior quality, and optimal development of each variety and crop available, in coordination with the production department. **Responsibilities:** \- Phytopharmaceutical treatments (organizing, monitoring, and executing); * Irrigation (soil moisture sensors, flow and pressure control, monitoring recommendations); * Fertigation (pH-EC control, fertilizer consumption, stock management, and fertilizer orders); * Pest and disease monitoring, phenological status of crops; * Audits and field notebooks; * Supervision of cultivation tasks (planting, pruning, fruit harvesting, etc.) REQUIREMENTS **Educational Requirements:** * Agricultural Engineer or Technician in Agricultural Engineering; * Minimum one year of experience; * English language proficiency at B2 level; * Spanish language proficiency at B2 level; * Proficiency in Office 365; * SAP knowledge desirable; * Valid driving license (Category B). **Profile Characteristics:** * Proactivity; * Ability to organize and plan tasks; * Analytical ability and decision-making capacity, adapting to changing conditions; * Team-oriented; **Competencies We Value:** We seek a candidate who demonstrates autonomy and proactivity in meeting requirements, proposing constant, functional solutions and improvements that streamline business processes at Sudoberry.
