There is ground floor access, serving as the main entrance, leading into an area currently used as domestic space, with two exterior windows. The ground floor ceiling acts as flooring for the upper level. It consists of wooden joists, apparently still recoverable, though requiring replacement of the planks serving as flooring for the upper floor. Internal access to the upper floor is provided by a wooden staircase needing replacement. The upper floor is spacious, with two windows facing the main facade and direct exterior access at the rear, featuring a door and window, due to the higher ground level at the back of the building. Converting the building into a residence would allow, from the upper floor, a very pleasant view of the surrounding landscape, including the stream and its trees, as well as the orchard area with fruit trees. The roof of the antique mill building is well preserved, having undergone restoration just a few years ago.\r\nThe manor house, located beside the old mill, is a very spacious building, accessed through an old gate on the side of the main facade, a manual gate equipped with a service door. It has one window facing the main facade. It could potentially be used either as a garage, comfortably accommodating two vehicles, or, if converted into housing, integrated and connected to the antique mill building. The roof of the manor house requires replacement.\r\nThe 2500 m² rustic plot begins at the line of the two buildings and extends behind them, bordering the stream. This land, consisting of two levels—one higher and adjacent to the antique mill—could be adapted as a leisure and recreational area, linked from the rear to the upper floor of that building. The other area of the land, as well as the transition between the two levels, is currently occupied and used as a vegetable garden and fruit tree zone, notably including four orange trees, four fig trees, four pear trees, two laurel trees, one lemon tree and one persimmon tree. The water diversion from the stream that once powered the old mill remains functional and enables irrigation of the fruit trees and garden plants.
