Herdade da Malhadinha Nova is currently recruiting for the position of Enotourism Technician (M/F) \- Beja. **Job Description** Herdade da Malhadinha Nova – Relais \& Châteaux, located in Albernoa, in the municipality of Beja, is recruiting for the position of **Enotourism Technician (m/f)** Responsibilities * Support customer/visitor reception and welcoming; * Ensure management and/or supervision of guided property tours and oversee wine tasting preparations and execution; * Manage and supervise the operational activities of the shop; * Guarantee compliance with established standard procedures and service levels, including space decoration, product/stock management, and customer service; * Prepare and execute enotourism initiatives according to the annual activity plan; * Perform billing for services, either in-store or backoffice, reporting sales and activity performance; * Coordinate and develop the team, promoting regular training to ensure appropriate and professional customer service; * Identify improvement opportunities in processes, procedures, and tools available for enotourism initiatives; * Participate in events, campaigns, and promotional activities whenever required. **Qualifications** * Degree in Tourism, Enotourism, Oenology, or related field; * Professional experience in the role (preferred); * Knowledge of wines and wine production; * Proficiency in MSOffice and management software, particularly Host, Artsoft (or similar); * Fluency in English (mandatory) and additional languages (preferred); * Strong customer orientation and attention to detail; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Dynamism, initiative, and ability to anticipate and resolve problems. **Additional Information** We offer * Attractive remuneration based on proven professional experience; * Residence in company staff house; * Opportunities for career progression; * Integration into a stable and solid market company; * Young and dynamic work environment.
