Vila Galé NepKids hotel is looking to integrate a Restaurant/Bar Manager into its team **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** Manage the entire restaurant/bar team; Oversee restaurant and bar service operations; Serve customers according to Vila Galé standards; Plan activities according to demand and occupancy; Manage costs, stock levels and inventories; Place purchase requests for products or equipment; Assist in team recruitment; Responsible for training and motivating the restaurant and bar team YOUR PROFILE Your background and experience are in restaurant, bar or table service areas, or similar fields; You focus on ensuring customers have the best gastronomic experience; You have leadership skills, enjoy sharing your knowledge, and possess a natural talent for managing and training teams, always demonstrating a high sense of responsibility; You are able to resolve conflicts and internal issues. You can work under pressure and manage costs, deadlines and schedules according to operational needs; You have strong communication skills, directed towards customers and colleagues across departments, as well as solid knowledge of HACCP standards; You have a special interest and talent for sales; You are fluent in more than one language; You care about your personal presentation, are organized, versatile, proactive and dynamic. You also have schedule flexibility and availability for geographical mobility.
