As part of optimizing logistics processes, we are looking for a professional to manage and coordinate transportation and delivery operations within a large-scale project. The mission involves ensuring delivery deadlines are met by monitoring and managing logistics operations, as well as generating alerts for anticipated or delayed product deliveries after purchase, guaranteeing operational efficiency and continuous workflow. * Control and monitor the project's logistics operations, ensuring all stages are completed within established deadlines, * Supervise deliveries, issuing alerts in case of delays or early arrivals of products after purchase, * Identify and resolve logistical issues, maintaining constant communication with suppliers and internal clients, * Ensure compliance with internal processes and quality policies. For this position, we are seeking candidates with the following qualifications: * You hold a higher education degree (Bac+5) in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field, * You have at least 2 years of solid experience in logistics, with strong knowledge in operations management and delivery schedule control, * You are proactive, with excellent communication skills and the ability to efficiently solve problems, * You are fluent in Portuguese, with knowledge of additional languages being an advantage.
