As Assistant Store Manager, you will be part of a team dedicated to delivering an outstanding shopping experience to our customers. Together with the Store Manager, you will be responsible for achieving top sales performance and managing the store operator team. You will also support the Store Manager in stock management and ensure the store layout remains attractive to our customers. You will collaborate with the rest of the team on store cleaning and organization. The Store Manager will also rely on your support in scheduling, recruiting new store operators, and addressing questions from colleagues or customers — because we want everyone to feel welcome and comfortable.
