Ensures cleanliness and maintenance of facilities; occasionally assists in auxiliary assembly and maintenance of equipment; aids in loading and unloading operations; performs organizing and distribution tasks; carries out other simple manual tasks primarily requiring physical effort and practical knowledge; removes waste and similar materials; sweeps and cleans streets; removes trash bins and weeds; performs unclogging and cleaning of drains, gutters and their branches, and septic tanks; performs unclogging and cleaning of drains and inspection chambers using appropriate tools; repairs pavements and lays cobblestones, cubes or other stone solids, such as Portuguese-style pavement, granite, basalt, cement, and/or limestone; patrols, maintains and cleans a designated road section, reporting landslides, performing minor repairs and clearing access routes, cleaning ditches, shaping shoulders, unclogging aqueducts to ensure proper rainwater drainage, repairing pavements including cobblestone resurfacing, pruning trees located along road shoulders; cultivates flowers, trees or other plants and sows lawns in public parks and gardens, being responsible for all operations inherent to normal crop development and their maintenance, conservation, cleaning and upkeep of sidewalks and flowerbeds; constructs masonry walls using stone, brick or concrete blocks, possibly applying respective plastering; installs pipes, tubes and stonework; builds simple walls and structures, assembles very simple reinforcement cages, and drives light and heavy vehicles for those holding the required driving license—mandatory according to vehicle type; **Work Location** **Number of Positions** **Address** **Locality** **Postal Code** **District** **Municipality** Beja Parish Council (Santiago Maior and São João Baptista) 4 Largo de Santa Maria, n.º 7 Beja 7800133 BEJA Beja Beja **Total Number of Positions:**4 **Quota for Persons with Disabilities:**1
