Vila Galé Herdade Clube Campo is seeking to integrate a Chef de Cozinha (m/f) into its team. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** Supervise the kitchen team; Supervise all services provided by the kitchens; Serve all guests according to Vila Galé standards; Support planning activities according to needs and occupancy; Assist in cost, stock, and inventory management; Place purchase requests for products or equipment. **YOUR PROFILE** Your education and experience are in the areas of Culinary Arts, Food Production, or similar fields. Cooking is an art, and you know that the best seasoning is the passion we put into what we do. You have leadership skills and are ready to be the right-hand person to the Head Chef, always demonstrating a strong sense of responsibility. You are capable of resolving internal conflicts and problems. You can support cost, deadline, and scheduling management according to operational needs. You have good communication skills, directed towards your team and colleagues from other departments, as well as solid knowledge of HACCP standards. You have knowledge of foreign languages.
