Independently or as part of a team, drafting opinions and projects of varying complexity, and performing other general or specialized support activities within common, instrumental, and operational areas of competence of agencies and services. Functions performed with technical responsibility and autonomy, albeit under qualified higher-level supervision. Representing the agency or service in matters related to one’s area of expertise, making technical decisions aligned with directives or higher-level guidance. Creating and guiding the implementation of communication materials—such as logos, posters, leaflets, and social media content—that convey messages clearly and impactfully. Developing the layout and composition of official publications—including reports and catalogs—with attention to readability and balance between text and imagery.
