**Our Client** Our client is a **global leader in its sector**, widely recognized for the excellence and superior quality of its products, and is currently recruiting a **Quality, Environment and Safety Director.** **Professional Experience** * **Minimum of 3 years’ experience** in **Quality Directorship roles**, with involvement in **Environment and Safety areas valued**; * Preference for experience in **industrial sectors**, particularly **textiles, footwear or automotive**. **Academic Qualifications** * **Higher education degree** in **Textile Engineering** or **Chemical Engineering** (or equivalent fields). **Required Profile** * Strong **organizational skills** and ability to **systematize information**; * Proficiency in **non-conformance analysis and investigation methodologies** (problem solving); * **Interest in production environments / shop floor**; * Experience in **implementing and managing integrated QES systems (Quality, Environment and Safety)**; * **Teamwork aptitude**, sense of responsibility and **proactive attitude**; * Knowledge of **industrial process control**; * **Solid computer skills**, especially in **Excel** (advanced level preferred). **Key Responsibilities** * **Ensure achievement of annual Quality objectives** (% of non-conformances and complaints); * **Ensure implementation, maintenance and effectiveness of processes** associated with the Management System; * **Plan and oversee internal and external audits**, ensuring compliance with applicable requirements; * **Manage and control documentation** of the Integrated Management System (IMS); * **Provide resources** for IMS implementation and continuous improvement; * **Verify conformity** and define corrective or preventive actions whenever necessary; * **Collaborate with R&D teams** on product and process development; * **Monitor Management System performance indicators** and ensure processes deliver expected results; * **Raise team awareness**, investigate root causes of non-conformances and implement corrective and preventive measures; * **Manage, coordinate and guide the IMS support team**; * **Record, report and follow up incidents**, ensuring appropriate actions are implemented, including **handling internal and external complaints** (customers and suppliers); * **Support identification and assessment of environmental aspects and impacts**, proposing improvement actions for those deemed significant.
