Opportunity for professional career progression Herdade da Malhadinha Nova – Relais \& Châteaux, located in Albernoa, municipality of Beja, is recruiting for the position of Enotourism Technician (m/f) Role * Support guest reception and welcoming; * Ensure management and/or accompaniment of guided property tours and guarantee preparation and execution of wine tastings; * Perform operational management and supervision of the shop; * Guarantee and ensure compliance with standard procedures and defined service levels, namely space decoration, product/stock management, and customer service; * Prepare and execute enotourism initiatives according to the annual activity plan; * Process billing for services, either at the shop or backoffice, and report on sales and activity performance; * Coordinate and develop the team, promoting regular training to ensure appropriate and professional customer service; * Identify opportunities for improvement in processes, procedures, and available tools for executing enotourism initiatives; * Participate in events, promotional campaigns, and activities whenever required. Required Profile * Degree in Tourism, Enotourism, Oenology or related field; * Professional experience in this role (preferred); * Knowledge of wines/wine production; * Proficiency in MS Office and management software, particularly Host, Artsoft (or similar); * Fluency in English (mandatory) and other languages (preferred); * Strong customer orientation with attention to detail; * Good communication skills and interpersonal relationship abilities; * Dynamism, initiative, and ability to anticipate and solve problems.
