Job Summary: We are seeking a Continuous Improvement Coordinator to strengthen Resiway’s continuous improvement system, coordinate training initiatives, and support the monitoring of performance metrics. At Resiway, we work daily to identify the best pathways for the bioenergetic valorization of organic waste, thereby actively contributing to the decarbonization of the economy—particularly in the transport sector—as well as to reducing dependence on fossil fuels. We are leaders in Portugal and one of the largest Iberian players in the production and supply of raw materials for biofuels derived from waste, especially advanced biofuels and biogas. **➡ Responsibilities:** . Strengthen Resiway’s Continuous Improvement System; . Coordinate and promote awareness activities on continuous improvement tools and deliver related training; . Support the definition and monitoring of metrics such as KPIs for efficiency, productivity, and quality; . Ensure the execution of internal audits to assess process performance and identify new opportunities for continuous improvement. **➡ Performance Requirements:** . Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar roles within an industrial context (mandatory); . Higher education degree in Industrial Management and Logistics, Industrial Engineering and Management, Quality, or a relevant field; . Proficiency in user-level computer applications (Microsoft Office); . Proven experience with continuous improvement methodologies—e.g., Kaizen, Six Sigma, PDCA Cycle (Plan\-Do\-Check\-Act) (mandatory); . Strong sense of responsibility, critical analytical ability, and attention to detail; . Excellent communication, planning, and teamwork skills; Proactivity, autonomy, and problem-solving capability. **➡ We Offer:** .
