If you are detail-oriented, possess strong decision-making skills, and wish to guarantee final product excellence, this is your opportunity! ##### **Your Impact on Operations:** In this role, you will play a critical part in upholding quality standards by operating directly on the frontline: * **Control and Measurement:** Perform rigorous measurement of samples and ensure technical compliance of products; * **Non-Conformance Management:** Identify and record deviations, ensuring appropriate handling of non-conformities; * **Complaint Management:** Record and closely monitor quality-related complaints; * **Operational Authority:** Intervene and suspend production whenever quality standards are not met. ##### **Desired Profile:** * **Education:** Higher education degree in Quality or Engineering (preferred) or equivalent consolidated professional experience; * **Languages:** Mandatory proficiency in English; * **Attitude:** Operational profile with strong sense of responsibility and ability to assert oneself on-site; * **Proximity:** Residence in the geographical area of **Ovar** (preferred). ##### **Our Offer:** * **Attractive salary package;** * **Benefits:** Meal allowance and health insurance; * **Working Hours:** 100% on-site, from 09:00 to 18:00 (with lunch break from 12:30 to 14:00\); * **Stability:** Integration into a solid project focused on continuous improvement.
